The Admin user for the organisation can create and customise these work based Risk Assessments, attach procedural documents and/or create and attach a survey and then assign these to individual or a group of employees for completion. The employees can login to the app once they are registered by their Company Admin user.
Once logged in the employee receive the artefacts assigned to them in a Work Order that is a holder. The App matches the Work Order work location to its current location and only when there is a match does the Work Order become Active. Once the Work Order has become Active the employee has to sign to register that they have processed the artefacts and this is then date and time stamped.
The App does not track the worker or the mobile device but only uses the location services to match when a user is at a work location. This information is used by the system to raise alerts if the user is on-site but has not signed the documents or completed the survey within a user configurable time limit and so could be breaching work and safety risk guidelines.
